Rockaway 91-95 streets

Flat this morning. NE winds starting to pick up. Low pressure is forecast to develope off of the coast along a frontal boundary. heavy rain for the next day or so. It could possibly clean up enough tomorrow night before dark but if that happens it could be flat on sunday morning. We know how these fronts go, west winds on the backside. If the front goes through too soon, it will blow it flat by morning. Lets hope not and we have some surf Sunday morning. Good news too, tide will be on the incoming all morning which if there is swell left, will help.
