Rockaway 91-95 streets

At first glance it looks flat, but there is long period energy out there and when a set comes through, look out. Overhead, but very inconsistent, 3 ft @ 12 seconds on the buoys. Good energy but long waits. High tide this morning not helping, but its on its way out all day. Conditions will definitely get better, winds are forcast to stay NW but lighten up throughout the day. Go surf but have some patience.
