Surf Day in Rockaway 2009

Our favorite surf webmaster Will Hallett of NYNJSURF.COM has put together another great event for the surf community in New York City. Surf Day in Rockaway 2009 will kick off Sunday November 1, 2009 @ 11am. The event is collection of different surf gatherings that happen throughout the year, Surfrider Beach Clean up, Surfboard Swap Meet, Coat Drive, Food Drive, LNG Protest and informational session, Rockumentary photo shoot, possible ESA contest, Music, Food, Merchandise tents and much more…Come down and enjoy a great day in Rockaway!

11am – 4PM: Board Swap

11am – 4PM: Coat and Food collection on the boardwalk at Richie Allen Way.

12N: Assembly for Rockumentary Photo

12:30PM Photo Shoot

1PM: Surfrider NYC Beach Cleanup

3PM: LNG PaddleOut

4PM: Break down and cleanup
