First Good Swell of Summer JULY 7 2010

I know when Hurricane Season turns on, sh!ts on,  but sometimes all the hype and anticipation can be such a huge let down. This swell lasted for four days, came out of nowhere, and was as fun as any hurricane swell I can remember. I have no pictures to show, I surfed 30+ hours, warm water, blazing hot air temps, no work, wife + baby away…I should have played lotto!

Thank God for Eric Cooper, he was there Friday to take some photos. Hopefully everyone has some images burned in there heads from the rest of the weekend. Im sorry about not having more, but i was dying to surf for over a month. Next time, I promise there will be more!?
